The Space

Whether you are a summer enthusiast or winter thrill seeker, our home is the perfect staging point for your vacation or adventure.

* We are located only 4 blocks from Main Street and the Dillon Reservoir, which means only a short walk to quaint shops, restaurants, the Frisco Bay Marina, and so much more.
* Breckenridge, Cooper Mountain, and Keystone are all within 15 minutes of this cozy abode - Perfect for an easy drive or free ride on the Summit Stage.
* Bike trials and countless hiking trails are just feet from the front door.

This comfortable two bedroom condo comes with a king bed, queen bed, and sleeper sofa (air mattresses also available). Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms for convenience, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The main living area is an open space with large windows, comfortable seating, a sliding door with a beautiful view, and a flatscreen cable TV for the big game. On the other side of the room is a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar for four, and an adjacent table that seats 6. A gas grill is also on hand if you're looking to prepare other meals. complete with en suite bathrooms).

The condo comes with a washer and dryer, as well as free WiFi.

Guest access

You and your family will have exclusive use of the entire condo. The indoor hot tub and pool, 3 outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, wet sauna, tennis court, pickle ball court, and other amenities are located at the Clubhouse, which is shared by other tenants/guests in the community.
